An experienced, licensed therapist will guide you through the reading of this book. We will read the above-named book over the course of 10 weeks with discussion sessions on 9 Sundays from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM on Zoom. (There will be no meeting on Memorial Day Weekend.) Reading requirement will be 1 1/2 hours per week. This is manageable even for the busiest people.
